Get the translated text for a localization key in a page expression.

Page editor expression. Part of the page editor expression reference.

Returns the translated text for a localization key in the active language. Falls back to English, then to the key itself if no translation is found.

i18n(key: string): string;

Parameters

• key — the localization key (for example "__text-4").

Return value

The translated string for the active language.
