Project types

A label that classifies projects by kind, chosen when a project is created.

A project type is a label that classifies a project by kind — for example “Office”, “Data center”, or “District heating”. When creating a project you assign it a type, which gives you a consistent way to categorize and tell apart the buildings across your portfolio.

A project type has just a name and an optional description. You manage the set of available types centrally, so everyone classifies projects the same way.
