Your profile

Manage your account details and personal preferences.

Your Profile is where you manage your own account and how THMI looks and behaves for you. Open the user menu and choose Profile: it opens on top of whatever you’re looking at, so you don’t lose your place, and closing it puts you right back.

General

• Change your name.
• Change your email address.

Security

• Change your password.
• See whether two-factor authentication is set up for your account, with an authenticator app or a YubiKey.

Your administrator sets up two-factor authentication for you.

Preferences

Personal preferences that apply wherever you use THMI. Each one takes effect as soon as you change it:

• Language — the language the interface is shown in.
• Theme — light, dark, or match your system.
• Object names — whether tags and devices are shown by their system name, your custom name, or both (custom name followed by the system name in parentheses).

Analytics consent

THMI uses a third-party analytics service to see how the app is used. Nothing is collected until you accept it. You’re asked on the sign-in page, before you even sign in.

You can change your mind whenever you like: open your profile and switch Analytics consent on or off under Privacy. Declining doesn’t limit anything you can do in the app.

Your answer is remembered per browser, not on your account — so signing in from a different browser or a private window asks again.
